1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Protective Packaging & Handling
Each SANGNI HOME mirror is packed with multi-layer protective materials, including high-density custom foam corners, shatter-resistant film, and heavy-duty reinforced corrugated cartons to ensure safe delivery across long-distance transit.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees or free shipping thresholds are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a carrier tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Due to package size and fragility, large wall mirrors cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial address.
